Return and Exchange

At BRIO, we are committed to offering high-quality perfumes to our customers. Since perfumes are personal products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Return and Exchange Guidelines:

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error, the customer may request a return, provided the product is in its original, unopened condition.
  • Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, samples, and booklets attached.
  • Any product that shows signs of damage, modification, or use will not be accepted for return.
  • If the conditions above are met, no return shipping fees will be charged.
Discounted products or those purchased through promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
