Return and Exchange Guidelines:
- No returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error, the customer may request a return, provided the product is in its original, unopened condition.
- Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, samples, and booklets attached.
- Any product that shows signs of damage, modification, or use will not be accepted for return.
- If the conditions above are met, no return shipping fees will be charged.
